Choir Tour day 11: York Minster

The choir had the morning off to explore the medieval town of York at their leisure before heading to the Minster for rehearsal at 3pm.

After a warm up in the choir rooms, we made our way into the quire to get used to the York Minster acoustic. The stalls in the quire aren’t as far apart as in Lincoln, which made it easier for ensemble, and it was certainly warmer!

After evensong we headed back into the quire to rehearse again ahead of our 3 services tomorrow!
