Next evensong 5pm Saturday 1 July

At our July evensong we’ll be singing the Noble in B minor service. T. Tertius Noble (1867-1953) was organist at York Minster 1898-1913, after which he moved to New York where he established the choir school at St Thomas Church, Fifth Avenue.

Here we are rehearsing in the choir stalls in York Minster in January – a magical experience!

We look forward to seeing you on 1 July, where we will be sharing a little bit of York Minster that we have brought back with us in the form of Noble’s magnificent B minor evensong setting.
